SPEKOL® 1300 / 1500

  SPEKOL ® 1300 - The little giant with great performance
The SPEKOL® UV VIS spectrophotometer is a single beam system from 190-1100 nm with an outstanding price-performance ratio. The robust designed instrument is compact, light and easy to use. 4 nm spectral bandwidth are constant over the entire wavelength range. An internal RS-232 serial interface enables the instrument to be connected to a printer.

For the daily routine:

Internal Software:

  • Measurement of transmittance, absorbance or concentration via factor, simple standard or linear calibration.
  • Kinetic· Printing of methods and measurement results.
  • DNA/Protein-Analysis at 260 and 280 nm determination of purity and concentration.
